Last day of the Financial year is almost upon us!
Having attended the annual NSW Public Practice Conference for 2016 in Sydney again this year (as I have done since 2014) it became apparent that I was best placed to help my fellow CPA members in public practice to understand the massive paradigm shift that is going on out there while they are consumed by the developments in compliance.
Over the last few years attending the conference I seen the focus shift from the cloud to outsourcing to now where automation and new media technology require Accountants to re-invent themselves as the trusted advisor.

I suspect I am the only FCPA that attended the NSW Public Practice Conference that is mentoring people via Snapchat. What does that say to you?
If you are asking why I use Snapchat, well because that is what it top 3 ranked App in both iTunes and Google Play for some time and the next generation have chosen it for good reason which I explain in the learning materials you will soon access but there is also one other reason.
I see Snapchat as a place to go and see what the next wave of genuine entrepreneurs is talking about. Perhaps before they know they have talent and hopefully snap them up for my upcoming ventures.
Having the best talent can be the difference between a business success or failure.
I have business that I own that I do very little direct time in and this is because of my team. They allow me to replicate this is new business ventures. This knowledge base is something I am now offering to those interested. I know my systems work.
There is always time to sign up to another compliance based seminar that you likely know better than the lecturer just to fill your professional requirement. I will be here when you get back disappointed.
